I was very pleasantly surprised by this Office. Dr. Jinna Im is so kind, upbeat, personable, and practical, and so are her staff. During my appointment, Dr. Im was highly considerate. She’s very aware of how general health conditions affect the patient's comfort during dental treatment. Dr Im noticed the office temperature was cold, and I was cold, even though I was already wearing a sweatshirt, so she brought in a blanket to cover my legs. Also, I don't get the impression she overprescribes treatment. She was focused on preventative care. The hygienist did a great, thorough job while minimizing sensitivity during the cleaning. It was really the most comfortable cleaning visit I've experienced in a long time. I also enjoyed their laser treatment that corrects and prevents gingivitis; I highly recommend it. In addition, the receptionist was very knowledgeable about the billing process and suggested ways to minimize costs. She also performed some magic to fit my appointment in as soon as possible. So, yes, I would recommend this office to my friends (as well as recommend they bring a sweatshirt;) It's not often I write glowing reviews --I find most customer services in a busy metro area are flawed on a good day. But, my taking the time to post a good review about a dental office is especially surprising, because I dread cleanings. Rest assured, if I'm writing this, I mean it!

This has been the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone in the office has been so helpful and a pleasure to work with. They have definitely helped easy any anxiety my family and I have had. Charlotte at the front desk is so nice and explains everything perfectly. Dr. Seknon is amazing he made me and my daughter feel like he truly wants what works best for us both for her health and keeping finances in mind. I will for sure be returning and recommend them 10/10

Dr. Sekhon performed an exceptional dental work, crown and filling. He explained the procedures, listened and responded all my questions and concerns. Excellent consumer service from the team, including front desk, dental assistant, dental hygienist, and doctor. Nightly recommended!
